Jamie Wilson

Jamie Wilson is a Senior UX Researcher at UserTesting, where they specialize in mixed-methods research for enterprise clients across various industries, including finance and telecommunications. They previously worked as a UX Researcher at UserZoom and served as a CPS Investigator and Workshop Facilitator at the WA Department of Children, Youth, and Families. Jamie has also held research positions at Washington State University and Arizona State University, where they contributed to studies on therapeutic interventions and gender equity, respectively. They earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University.
