Megan Millians

Megan Millians is an experienced professional in user experience research, currently serving as a Staff Experience Research Consultant at UserTesting since January 2024. Previously, Megan held the position of Senior Manager of UX Research at AvidXchange, Inc., where key contributions included establishing a user experience research practice within a FinTech SaaS company. Prior to that role, Megan worked at UPS, leading research efforts to optimize application designs and managing a team focused on web-based applications for a global customer base. Megan's career also includes significant positions such as Partner at Userthink, Inc., Director of Human Factors at Greenway Medical Technologies, Director at iXL, and an Analyst at HBOC. Megan holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
