Nicole H. has extensive experience as an executive assistant and operations manager across multiple organizations since 2004. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Business Partner to the President of Global Field Operations and CMO at UserTesting, Nicole H. has expertly managed complex executive calendars, handled payroll and bookkeeping, coordinated employee onboarding and terminations, and arranged both domestic and international travel. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives at Copper Inc., Totango, and Demand Local, along with a combination of office management and operations audit roles at International Custom Furniture and U.S. Bank. Nicole H. holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Truckee Meadows Community College.
