Rosa Smith is a seasoned product researcher currently serving as a Staff Product Researcher at UserTesting since November 2018, with prior roles as a Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher. Previously, at KDH Research & Communication, Inc. from October 2012 to March 2018, Rosa contributed to the development and evaluation of five NIH-funded programs focusing on health literacy and chronic illness advocacy.
