Sarah Greene

Sarah Greene is a seasoned UX Research Consultant at UserTesting since January 2023, specializing in client consultation, strategic planning, and the training of customers for unmoderated research. Prior experience includes roles at UserZoom, where Sarah managed usability and customer experience studies across diverse industries, and contributed as a Research Project Manager overseeing collaborative research efforts. Previous positions also include research analysis at SRI International, focusing on special education and policy, as well as a research assistantship at San Jose State University. Sarah holds an M.A. in Experimental Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in business from San José State University.
