Alison Matthews, PMP CSM

Alison Matthews, PMP CSM, is an experienced project manager with extensive work experience in various industries. Alison currently holds the position of Senior Project Manager at UserWay.org since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as an Engagement Manager at Deque Systems, Inc from October 2017 to May 2022.

Alison has also worked as an Independent Contractor for eGain, where they managed the implementation of a $1.5M cloud-based software solution for a government agency in a secure environment, collaborating with multiple vendors. Their role lasted from November 2015 to June 2017.

Before their time at eGain, Alison worked as an Engagement Manager at Clarabridge from November 2013 to April 2015. Alison also served as the Manager of Wholesale Customer Experience at Clearwire from June 2010 to September 2013.

Their previous experiences include working as a Project Manager at Comcast from September 2009 to May 2010 and as a Project Manager - Customer Experience at Sprint from November 2000 to July 2009. During their tenure at Sprint, they gained increasing levels of responsibility, managing projects across various functional organizations and leading large-scale system releases.

Alison began their career as a Tax Senior at Arthur Andersen LLC, where they worked from June 1995 to October 2000. Their expertise and experience as a project manager make their a valuable asset to any organization they work for.

Alison Matthews, PMP CSM, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, which they attended from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their degree, Alison also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in April 2013. Furthermore, they have the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in September 2015.
