Veronika Orelchykova

Veronika Orelchykova has a diverse work experience in the field of Frontend Development. In their most recent role as a Senior Frontend Developer at UserWay, they are currently employed, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Ciklum as a Senior Frontend Developer from January 2021 to July 2021. Veronika'sresponsibilities there included working on an E-Commerce Platform application, developing a UI Kit project, improving code style, creating project documentation, participating in project estimation, conducting code reviews, and utilizing tools and technologies such as Typescript, React, NextJS, Jest, React testing library, CSS Modules, and Storybook.

Before Ciklum, Veronika worked at Ignited.it as a Senior Frontend Developer and Team Lead from May 2020 to December 2020. Veronika'srole involved working on a Dating Platform application and leading a frontend team of 8 people, overseeing daily standups, technical meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions.

Earlier in their career, Veronika gained experience as a Frontend Developer at Playtech from November 2016 to January 2020. There, they focused on live game development, rewriting old applications, and cross-platform app development. Veronika also practiced code review and documentation.

Prior to Playtech, Veronika worked as a Frontend Developer at LUN.ua from September 2015 to August 2016, contributing to the development of UI and logic for various real estate-related resources using AngularJS, Native JS, BEM, and Sass.

Before LUN.ua, Veronika was a Frontend Developer at Cardmates from September 2014 to June 2015. In this role, they worked on a poker social network with news portal elements, leading a full redesign and rewriting of a Native Js application to AngularJS.

Additionally, Veronika gained experience as a Web Developer (remote) at Freelance.RU from September 2013 to May 2015. Here, they worked on small projects using Native JS, JQuery, and CSS, focusing on bug fixing related to UI and logic.

Throughout their work experience, Veronika has developed expertise in various tools and technologies, such as Typescript, React, NextJS, Jest, React testing library, CSS Modules, Storybook, AngularJS, Native JS, BEM, Sass, and others. Veronika has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, perform code reviews, improve code style, and create project documentation.

Veronika Orelchykova received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Veronika attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
