Bobby Hawkins

Bobby Hawkins is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an Information Technology Help Desk Technician at USfalcon since August 2022, Bobby previously held the position of Senior IT Systems Technician with the Alabama National Guard since November 2016, focusing on the installation and maintenance of satellite communication and IT systems while training clients to adhere to government security standards. Bobby's experience also includes positions as a Senior Functional Analyst for Favor TechConsulting, LLC, and EODIMS Functional Analyst for IndraSoft, Inc., where troubleshooting user issues and verifying software functionality were key responsibilities.
