Aria Hemphill

Aria Hemphill is an experienced instructional designer currently working at USG since June 2022, contributing to the development of training materials for the construction market. Prior to this role, Aria served as Program Manager for Content Development & Quality at PresenceLearning, focusing on product training and collaboration across teams. Other notable positions include Learning & Development Manager and Customer Service Manager at PresenceLearning, where Aria developed L&D strategies and managed content creation, as well as Learning and Development Supervisor and Call Center Supervisor at McMaster-Carr, implementing training programs and supporting staff performance.
