Ben Prindle

Ben Prindle has extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Engineering & Capital Manager and previously as Plant Engineer at USG since August 2021, Ben leads various engineering initiatives. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Kiewit from July 2019 to August 2021 as a Superintendent/Field Engineer. Ben's experience also includes a role as a Plant Engineering Coop Student at CHS Inc. in early 2018, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing inspections, drafting repairs, and implementing standards for fixed platforms in compliance with OSHA codes. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, obtained from 2017 to 2019.
