David Riley has extensive experience in manufacturing and customer service operations. Currently serving as a Lean Green Belt in Manufacturing Support and as a Durock Production Supervisor at USG since July 2016, David enforces company policies and troubleshoots production line issues. Previous roles include Assistant Team Leader of Service at Big Lots, where David oversaw store operations and analyzed customer feedback for service improvements, and management trainee positions involving customer service responsibilities. David's early work experience includes telemarketing for the Widener Alumni Fund and a marketing design internship at Turner Investments, L.P. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Morgan State University, obtained in 2014.
