Katy Edwards

Katy Edwards, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Shared Services Administrator at USG since April 2016. Prior to this role, Katy was the Director of Human Resources at ACT Aerospace, where responsibility included the development and execution of HR processes across two companies, focusing on compliance, employee retention, and strategic planning. Katy's previous positions also included Recruiting and Training Coordinator and AP/AR/HR roles at ACT Aerospace and Christensen Arms. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Southern Utah University and HR Management Training certifications earned between 2014 and 2015.
