Jyotsna Kaien

Jyotsna Kaien is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Senior General Manager of Information Technology at Usha International since February 2020. In this role, Jyotsna is responsible for driving strategic and transformative initiatives focusing on data-driven decision-making, data governance, BI/AI adoption, business process automation, and customer-centric analytics. Prior to this, Jyotsna held significant positions at Havells India Ltd as Deputy General Manager of IT - Business Intelligence and at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) as Deputy General Manager of Data Management, among others. Educational qualifications include a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a Software Engineering Diploma from NIIT Delhi, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Delhi University.
