Being a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by profession, Ravi has been with Usha Martin Group since 1988 and has played significant leadership roles in a number of company-wide initiatives. Ravi has been associated with the group since inception and has been closely working with the Founder for nearly 3 decades. Ravi has strong Financial and M&A experience. He is also adept at restructuring of businesses that have been acquired during this period. Ravi is based out of London, UK.
