Usher's New Look
Mikal Driver, MAT, is a dedicated educational professional with extensive experience in program management, volunteer coordination, and teaching. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Leading Men Fellowship at The Literacy Lab, Mikal focuses on increasing representation in education for young men of color. Mikal also holds the position of Volunteer Manager at RenderATL, overseeing volunteer operations for conferences. As the Founder of Prodigious Academy, Mikal is committed to empowering urban youth through innovative educational methods. Previous roles include M.I.T. Program Manager at Usher's New Look, Section Lead at the Make A Play Foundation, and various teaching and administrative positions within KIPP Metro Atlanta Schools and Uncommon Schools. Mikal holds a BA in Sociology from Morehouse College and an MA in Secondary Education from Relay Graduate School of Education.

Usher's New Look is a non-profit that transforms the lives of under-resourced youth through a program that develops passion-driven leaders. Their three-tiered programming teaches teens how to find their spark, connect it to their studies, identify the right career, and be of service. Through their mentorship and leadership programs, they havetouched the lives of 50,000 teens and helped them discover their potential.
