Usher's New Look
Toriano Parker, MSW, is an experienced professional in college counseling and guidance, currently serving as a Post Secondary Counselor at Odyssey Atlanta since June 2021. In addition, Toriano works as a College Counselor at Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School and Access 2 Admission, both roles starting in January 2021. Previously, Toriano was the Program Coordinator at Usher's New Look from November 2021 to November 2023 and a College/Career Coach at Next Generation Men & Women from July 2014 to September 2022, where the focus was on promoting college and career readiness through structured sessions. Toriano also contributed as a Site Coordinator/College Access Professional at Communities In Schools of Atlanta from August 2014 to November 2021, helping students and families navigate post-secondary success. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Safe Dates Counselor for high school students with Atlanta Victim Assistance Inc. in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Elizabeth City State University.

Usher's New Look is a non-profit that transforms the lives of under-resourced youth through a program that develops passion-driven leaders. Their three-tiered programming teaches teens how to find their spark, connect it to their studies, identify the right career, and be of service. Through their mentorship and leadership programs, they havetouched the lives of 50,000 teens and helped them discover their potential.
