Erin Williams has extensive experience in sales support and agreement management, having served as the Director of Sales Support and Agreement Management at Usherwood Office Technology from October 2013 to September 2023. In this role, Erin led the Contracts department, hiring and training Contract Administrators and Billing Coordinators. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Contracts Manager and as an AP/AR Specialist, managing accounts payable and receivable processes. Erin began a career in public service as a 911 Operator. Academically, Erin holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership from Western New England University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Economics with a concentration in Accounting from SUNY Empire State College.
