Todd Brechue

Todd Brechue is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managed IT services and technical support. Currently serving as Team Leader of Managed IT Services at Usherwood Office Technology since November 2016, Todd has progressed through various roles, including Tier II TAC Technician and TAC IT Technician Tier 1. Prior experience includes working as an IT Assistant at East Hill Family Medical Inc., where responsibilities involved initial technical support and ticket processing. Todd's career began in retail with positions at The TJX Companies, Inc. and Bed Bath & Beyond, where customer service and merchandise management were key duties. Todd holds an A.A.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Cayuga County Community College, attained between 2014 and 2016.
