Job van der Heijden

Job van der Heijden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Job began their career as a waiter and host at Blue Marlin Ibiza & Sa Trinxa in 2008. Job later worked as a private driver for CEOs at the Chauffeurs centrale from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, they interned at Guinness Anchor Berhad, where they assisted with policy development for the Sales Department. Job also worked as a Liaison Officer at the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition in the same year.

In 2013, Job completed a thesis on "Solving global challenges with LED technology" for Lemnis Lighting. Job also worked as an Account Manager for Indoor Lighting at Lightwell BV in 2014 before transitioning to freelance private driving until 2014.

Job then joined Ushio Europe in 2015, initially as a Sales Manager and later as the Sales Director for Visible Light & Semiconductor Solutions. Job coordinated sales activities for the Semiconductor industry in EMEA, including market potential identification, product development initiation, and alignment of global strategies with other affiliates.

Throughout their career, Job has gained experience in sales, coordination, research, and internships in various sectors.

Job van der Heijden received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Trade Management for Asia from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2013. Job also participated in an exchange program at Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta in 2011. Before attending university, they completed five years of secondary education at De Goudse Waarden, specializing in Economy with Management & Organisation as an optional subject, and received an H.A.V.O. diploma.
