Dean Xeros has a wealth of experience in the technology and automotive industries. Dean began their career at uShip in 2010, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President of SaaS Enterprise Strategy, Vice-President of Sales, and General Manager of Motors & Relocation. In 2017, they joined Constantine Group as Managing Partner, a consulting firm focused on business transformation. Dean also became an Industry Advisor for both Super Dispatch and motormindz, a global automotive professional services and technology accelerator. In 2020, Dean Xeros joined Pavilion as an Executive Member, and RumbleOn as Director of Business Development.
Dean Xeros obtained a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University. Dean also obtained a certification from Pavilion's CRO School in May 2022.
