Greg Butler

Facility Manager at uShip

Greg Butler has over 15 years of experience in facility management. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Property Manager for the Texas Department of State Health Services, where they were responsible for securing, tracking, and issuing inventory for five regions throughout Texas. In 2010, they began working as a Facility Manager for the YMCA, where they were responsible for the overall appearance and general operation of a 30,000 sq. ft. facility, three pools, and five acres of outdoor area. Greg also supervised and administered building and maintenance contracts, ensured fire and health codes, licenses, and permits were up to date, and maintained inventory and maintenance records for all equipment and supplies. In 2013, they began working as a Facility Manager for uShip, where they were responsible for all maintenance and security issues, vendor contracts and relations, janitorial needs, office move requests and logistics for two historical warehouse facilities totaling 25,000 square feet.

Greg Butler attended William B Travis High School from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a High School degree.
