Andrea Hurteau

Andrea Hurteau currently serves as the Chief Value Officer at USHP, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea was a Principal Consultant at Winston Healthcare Advisors from January 2024 to September 2024, providing strategic advisory services to healthcare providers on various aspects of value-driven healthcare. From October 2017 to December 2023, Andrea held the title of Chief Value Services Officer at Duly Health and Care, leading the organization’s value-based care strategy and operations. Additionally, Andrea was the Chief Operating Officer at Boncura Health Solutions, overseeing the Management Services Organization and Third-Party Administrator functions. Previous experience includes roles as Director of IPA Clinical Operations at Endeavor Health, Vice President of Delegation Oversight & Operations at Cigna Healthcare, Executive Director of Managed Care Contracting & Finance at Indiana University Health, and Director of Network and Capitation Management at Healthsource. Andrea holds an M.B.A. from Duke University and both a Bachelor of Nursing Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen's University.
