Andrea Hurteau

Andrea Hurteau is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in value-based care and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Value Officer at US Health Partners since September 2024, Hurteau previously worked as Principal Consultant at Winston Healthcare Advisors, where strategic advisory work focused on enhancing healthcare value. From October 2017 to December 2023, Hurteau was the Chief Value Services Officer at Duly Health and Care, leading initiatives in value-based care strategy, payor contracting, and population health management. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Boncura Health Solutions and Director of IPA Clinical Operations at Endeavor Health. Andrea holds an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Queen's University.
