Robin Crosby serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at USHP since February 2025. Prior to this role, Robin held multiple leadership positions at LifeStance Health from June 2018 to February 2025, including Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Integrations and Project Management. Earlier experience includes serving as Area Vice President and Director of Program Operations and Training at Healogics, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2018, and as Regional Director at Heritage Community Services from September 2001 to August 2008. Robin Crosby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology/Biology from the University of South Carolina between 1995 and 1999.
