Chandrashish Prasad has work experience in the field of data science. From January to May 2022, they worked as a Data Science Intern at Ushur. In June 2022, they transitioned to the role of Data Scientist at the same company.
Before joining Ushur, Chandrashish was a Data Science Intern at Coriolis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July to September 2021. During their internship, they built a visual search engine consisting of three stages: detecting objects, embedding them to a vector space, and performing a scalable query using Elastic Search. Chandrashish also upscaled the model using PySpark and Kafka.
Chandrashish Prasad completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PES University, spanning from 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Data Science at the Chennai Mathematical Institute from 2020 to 2022.
In addition to their formal education, Chandrashish Prasad obtained various certifications. Notably, they received a certification in Encoder-Decoder Models from GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park in September 2021. Chandrashish also completed a Competitive Programming certificate from Coding Ninjas in June 2021. Other certifications include Sequential Learning-RNN/LSTM/GRU, Optimization by Batching, Convolutional Neural Networks, Optimization Algorithms-GD/NAG/AdaGrad/RMSP/Adam; Techniques-Mini-Batch/Stochastic; Activations-Sigmoid/Tanh/ReLU(varieties); Initialization-Random/Xavier/He; Regularization-L2/Augmentation, PyTorch, Feedforward Neural Networks, Python (Programming), Sigmoid Neuron, Deep Learning - Getting Started, Primitive Neurons, and Training Feedforward Neural Networks: Back-Propagation. These certifications were obtained at GUVI Geek Networks, IITM Research Park between 2002 and November 2020.
