Marlin Knowles has extensive experience in the industry, having held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. Marlin started their career as a Project Engineer at the Indiana Department of Transportation in 1990 and worked there until 1994. Marlin then joined American Structurepoint, Inc., where they worked as an Inspector/Department Head from 1994 to 2002, and later became the VP of Sales from 2002 to 2014. After that, they worked as the VP of Operations at HWC Engineering from 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at USI Consultants, Inc., a position they have held since November 2017.
Marlin Knowles attended Tri-State University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. In 1995, they obtained a Professional Engineer certification from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
