Michael Breach, PE, is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a career spanning multiple decades in transportation engineering. Currently employed at USI Consultants, Inc. since June 2016, Michael has previously held senior project management roles at RQAW Corporation and Level 5 Engineering, LLC. Demonstrated expertise includes leading significant roadway design projects, ensuring quality assurance, and managing extensive public agency contracts totaling over $40 million. Michael's earlier experience encompasses leadership positions at American Structurepoint, Inc., Stanley Consultants, Jacobs Engineering, and D.E. McGillem and Associates, as well as foundational roles at First Group Engineering, Inc., and the City of Corpus Christi’s Traffic Engineering Department. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Engineering from Purdue University.
