Monica Neff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and project management. Serving as a State Approved Right of Way Buyer at USI Consultants, Inc. since September 2015, Monica also holds the position of Project Office Manager at Recon Home Preservation and Inspection Services LLC, where responsibilities include building a client list and establishing vendor contracts. As the Real Estate Broker and Owner of Neff Realty Center LLC since April 1994, Monica actively maintains an Indiana State Real Estate license and develops business goals while utilizing various marketing platforms to enhance client engagement. Educational qualifications include studies at Indiana University Indianapolis and Ohio Northern University, as well as graduation from Thomas Carr Howe High School.
