Peter Carleton

Peter Carleton is a skilled roadway designer at USI Consultants, Inc. since January 2020, with a strong background in engineering from Purdue University, where Peter earned an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering in 2010. Prior experience includes a nearly decade-long tenure at the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), where Peter served as an Operations Support Engineer, implementing statewide efforts in traffic management and providing strategic support across various districts. Additionally, Peter took on the role of Acting Quality Assurance Manager, overseeing the work of a small team, and participated in a graduate engineer rotation through major departments. Earlier roles at INDOT included an internship focused on construction inspection and an acting manager position at a logistics support center, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership and operational management throughout Peter's career.
