Melinda Robidoux has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Melinda currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at USI Consulting Group since April 2021. Prior to this, Melinda owned and operated an independent antique and collectible store called Circa Antiques & Collectibles, where they curated the store based on vintage trends, managed marketing plans, and organized shop events to generate interest and increase revenue.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavor, Melinda worked at Prudential Financial as the Director of Compliance from November 2012 to February 2020. In this role, they led the compliance oversight program for Institutional & Retail Business Groups, reducing regulatory risk through collaboration and developing action plans. Melinda also facilitated enhancements to oversight programs in areas such as employee training, customer obligations, fraud, privacy, and cyber security.

Earlier in their career, Melinda held various roles at The Hartford from 1996 to 2012. Notably, they served as a Senior Product Manager, spearheading strategic projects and initiatives for the Retirement Division's product management team. Melinda also worked as a Business Compliance Consultant, creating sales supervision and compliance training programs, and as a Compliance Consultant, overseeing communication, training, and enforcement of corporate policies. Additionally, Melinda built and managed The Hartford's first 1-800 call center in the role of Team Leader - Call Center Operations, leading a team of service specialists dedicated to retirement plans and their participants.

Melinda Robidoux attended the University of Hartford from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Art History and Fine Arts.
