Scott McQuillen

Scott McQuillen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Scott began their career in 1992 as a Mutual Fund Accountant at IAI Mutual Funds. In 1993, they joined IPC, Ltd. as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing Midwest and also served as the Owner/Vice President at Independent Pension Consultants, Ltd. during the same period. From 1993 to 2012, they worked in various leadership roles at IPC, Ltd.

In 2014, they became the Vice President of Relationship Management - Qualified Plans at OBS Financial Services, Inc. where they provided investment solutions to financial institutions and their clients. In 2019, they joined Ameritas as the Retirement Plans RVP, focusing on providing retirement plan strategies to plan sponsor clients in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Currently, Scott is serving as the Vice President of Retirement Plan Services at USI Consulting Group since 2023.

Scott McQuillen attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1987 to 1991. Scott pursued a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting, focusing their studies on the field of Accounting and Finance.
