W. Matthew W. has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Account Manager at USI Consulting Group, where they advise clients on retirement plan design, compliance, peer benchmarking, and investment performance. W. Matthew also manages projects for plan sponsors as needed. Prior to this, they worked at TIAA, first as a Senior Financial Consultant from February 2007 to January 2016, and then as a Senior Client Services Manager from February 2016 to August 2022.

W. Matthew W. holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University Bloomington. Moreover, they have obtained a Master's Degree from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, W. Matthew W. has received the certification of Qualified 401(k) Administrator from ASPPA in February 2006.
