Aaron Roesch

Aaron Roesch has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Aaron is currently working as a Recruiting Team Lead at both USI Consulting Group and USI Insurance Services since September 2022. Previously, they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead at eToro from July 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at Randstad Sourceright, managing talent acquisition for E*TRADE from January 2018 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Recruiter at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Sr. Corporate Recruiter at Naylor Association Solutions, where they were responsible for company-wide recruiting. Aaron also served as a Corporate Recruiter at Worldpay and as a Recruiter at Solomon Edwards Group. Aaron began their career as a Recruiter at Kforce, where they focused on finance and accounting placements.

Aaron Roesch attended Georgia Southern University from 1993 to 1997, studying Communication Arts.
