Adam Olson, MBA, CIC, CPCU, ARM, currently serves as the Regional Operations Leader at USI Insurance Services since January 2025, overseeing the operational functions of the Northeast region to ensure profitability and adherence to service standards. Previously, Adam held roles at Propel Insurance as the Director of Audit, Compliance & Education, and Director of P&C Services, and at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Territory Manager, where achievements included managing relationships with over 30 independent agencies and winning multiple awards. Adam's extensive experience in training and management includes positions at Safeco Insurance and Advantage Rent A Car, culminating in a foundational education that includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
