Brandon Akers is the Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, bringing 20 years of experience in employee benefits sales and account management from both the insurance carrier and broker/consultant perspectives. They previously served as a Business Development Executive at Blue Cross of Idaho from 2015 to 2022 and held roles at Reliant Behavioral Health, Insurance Benefits Inc., and Regence BlueShield of Idaho throughout their career. In addition to their professional commitments, Brandon is a level 2 mountain bike coach for Capital High School and actively volunteers in the community through the USI Gives Back program.
