Danica L. Shafer

Danica L. Shafer has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Employee Benefits Team Lead at USI Insurance Services since December 2017, where Danica L. has also held the roles of Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Prior to this, Danica worked at Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. as an Account Executive from August 2014 to December 2024, and held the position of Assistant Vice President at Willis from December 2010 to August 2014. Danica's career began at Lockton Companies, where Danica L. served as Senior Account Manager from 2007 to 2010. Danica L. Shafer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California between 1990 and 1994.
