Daniel Gavin, MBA, is currently a Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, where they advise on capital-efficient insurance and benefit planning leveraging the USI ONE™ platform. With a background in financial analysis from positions at Decorative Paving Solutions, Acuity Partners, and Mercer, Daniel applies their expertise to create customized employee benefits solutions that enhance talent attraction and retention for clients. They also serve on the Advisory Board of The CFO Leadership Council, contributing to programming that supports the professional development of senior financial executives.
