Dave Weakland

Dave Weakland serves as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, a role held since April 2020, where responsibilities include managing client relationships to develop tailored employee benefit strategies. Previously, Dave was a Sales Executive at Highmark Health from 2002 to 2019, leading new sales initiatives and consistently achieving sales goals in the mid-large market segment. Additionally, Dave has served on the Board of Directors for Strawberry Fields Inc. from October 2021 to December 2024. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies with a Marketing Minor from Penn State University.
