Helen Leach

Helen Leach is a seasoned Employee Benefits Executive with over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, business operations, and account management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services since 2024, they lead a team that provides customized solutions aimed at enhancing talent attraction and retention. Prior to this role, Helen held positions such as Director of Benefits Technology & Communication at IPG Employee Benefits and Senior Benefits Consultant at CGI Business Solutions.
