Jeremy Gladwell

Jeremy Gladwell, TRIP, currently serves as Vice President of Property & Casualty at USI Insurance Services since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jeremy held the position of Executive Director at Kanawha County Schools from July 2021 to January 2024 and was an Agency Owner/Agent at Horace Mann from January 2018 to January 2024, where services focused on insurance and financial support for educators in West Virginia and Ohio. Additional experience includes serving as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Erie Insurance Group from June 2015 to December 2017 and as Principal at both the West Virginia Department of Education and Kanawha County Schools between June 2012 and June 2012, also working as a Special Educator during that period. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Concord University and a Master of Education in Special Education and Leadership from Marshall University.
