Juan Williams is a Senior Benefit Analyst at USI Insurance Services, leveraging extensive experience in employee benefits and music education. Having taught music to students of all ages, Juan uniquely combines a passion for teaching piano and guitar with a successful coaching style developed through various roles, including youth sports coaching and youth counseling. Juan holds an Associate in Fine Arts in Music from Normandale Community College, a Bachelor’s degree in music business from Augsburg College, and an Associate Degree in Music Business/Audio Production from the Minnesota School of Business. In addition to performing at local events, Juan has designed and taught after-school music classes focused on rhythm and melody for younger students.
