Nicole Demech

Nicole Demech, MPS, PHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Benefits Specialist at Solenis since June 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst at CSC, where responsibilities included managing a $25M benefits program for over 3000 employees and leading successful open enrollment initiatives. Other notable roles include Assistant Director of Human Resources at Immaculata University, where Nicole effectively reduced the benefits budget, and various HR positions at organizations such as Chester County Intermediate Unit, Downingtown Area School District, and SAP. Nicole holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University and a BA in Psychology from Albright College.
