Lance Thompson

Lance Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Partner at USI Insurance Services since May 2022, Lance has been recognized as a PEAK Award Winner in 2023. Prior to this role, Lance was the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Wellness Coach from 2020 to 2022, contributing to a global wellness platform focused on enhancing workforce health through personalized offerings. From 2013 to 2019, Lance held the position of Managing Director, Enterprise Solutions at O.C. Tanner, where responsibilities included overseeing regional operations and SaaS solutions for clients in Oklahoma and Arkansas. Academically, Lance holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern State University.
