Laura Alcorn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and administrative support. Since April 2017, Laura has advanced through multiple roles at USI Insurance Services, culminating in the position of Senior HRIS Analyst. Prior to this, Laura held various positions at LogistiCare from March 2012 to December 2016, where responsibilities included customer support and operational assistance for a large office team. Laura gained initial experience as an Office Assistant at Travis County Courthouse and as a Library Reference Assistant at the City of Amarillo. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Idaho.
