Andrea Resnik, MLD, CSPO, is an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst at UCLA Health, specializing in technology-based analysis and process improvement within human resources. With a background that includes managerial roles at OpenText overseeing HR process improvement and technology transformation, Andrea has successfully led projects to enhance HR systems and optimize business practices. Previous experience includes managing HRIS functions at Carbonite, YRC Freight, and various organizations, where Andrea demonstrated a strong capability in data integrity, system administration, and employee training. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.
