Lisa Silverstein

Lisa Silverstein has over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lisa began their career in 1994 as a Placement Manager at Career Blazers, where they managed the placement of candidates in various roles. In 2006, they joined Career Group as the Vice President of the Full Time Division, focusing on filling administrative openings for top companies. Lisa worked closely with elite firms in the finance industry and provided job search assistance and interview counseling to candidates. After a successful tenure, they left in 2017. In 2018, Lisa joined Sterling National Bank as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Consultant for a brief period. Later in the same year, they joined USI Insurance Services as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. In their role at USI, they contributed to the firm's growth and success by leveraging innovative client solutions and collaborating with industry professionals. Currently, Lisa holds the position of National Sourcing Team Lead at USI Insurance Services.

Lisa Silverstein earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they attended from 1990 to 1994.
