Matt Shroyer

Matt Shroyer currently serves as a Senior Account Manager for Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, starting in August 2023. Previously, Shroyer had an extensive tenure at Aflac, where roles included Group Rep/Broker Sales Professional, Broker Sales Consultant, Market Trainer, Training Consultant, District Sales Coordinator, and Insurance Agent, spanning from August 2007 to June 2021. In these positions, Shroyer developed consultative sales approaches, supported broker training, and managed sales activities across multiple states. Earlier experience included substitute teaching grades K-12 with the Austin Independent School District. Shroyer holds a BA in English and Art History from The University of Texas at Austin.
