Michelle Dowling is a licensed insurance agent with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an SCL Account Manager at USI Insurance Services since April 2021, Michelle has also held positions as a Senior SCL Assistant Account Representative and SCL Assistant Account Representative. Prior to joining USI Insurance Services, Michelle worked at Travelers from April 2016 to April 2021 as a Customer Advocacy Service Representative, where responsibilities included assisting customers with inquiries related to policies, claims, and billing as well as providing technical support for Workers Compensation Claim registration and 1099 Tax questions. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences with a focus on English, Cultural Studies, and Creative Writing from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed between 2011 and 2013, and attended Buffalo State University from August 2005 to December 2009.
