Ryan Gorney

Ryan Gorney has over a decade of experience in employee benefits and human resources consulting. Currently serving as the Employee Benefits Analyst Team Lead at USI Insurance Services since November 2019, Ryan specializes in strategic planning and wellness consulting for middle-market businesses in North and South Carolina. Prior experience includes roles at ADP from February 2012 to November 2019, where Ryan worked as a Major Accounts District Manager and Small Business Services District Manager, focusing on talent management and compliance for organizations with varying employee sizes. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, earned between 2007 and 2010, and attended Utica University from 2005 to 2007.
