Shane Valentine is currently the Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services, where they analyze client business issues and leverage the proprietary USI ONE™ platform to deliver customized insurance and benefit solutions. Prior to this, Shane served as the Head Chef at The Lakehouse restaurant from 2011 to 2016. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from West Virginia Wesleyan College, earned in 2014.
