Shannon Suber

Shannon Suber is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in commercial lines, currently serving as the Commercial Lines Operations Project Manager and National Commercial Lines Trainer at USI Insurance Services since July 2020. In this role, Shannon provides training on system functionality, workflows, and processes for both new hires and established employees. Prior to USI, Shannon held positions such as Client Services Team Lead and Senior Commercial Account Manager at Associated Benefits and Risk Consulting, as well as Account Manager roles at HNI Risk Services, The Brehmer Agency, and Petersen & Associates. With a background in servicing commercial lines accounts, especially in construction, and previous experience as a Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent at Diversified Insurance Solutions, Shannon has developed a comprehensive skill set in client relations, policy management, and training.
